The Department of Trade and Industry offers a tax free cash grant of between 15% and 30% on the cost price of your new machinery and equipment. It is called the Enterprise Investment Programme (EIP), and grants are payable over a period of two or three years. These are available for qualifying assets under the rules of the EIP and are non-repayable.
